MAGALI'S KOBUK RIVER TRIP

Magali went for a float trip (from Sept 3rd to 14th) with her friends Catherine and Bernard on the Upper Kobuk River.
We took Wright Air from Fairbanks to Bettel then Brooks Range Aviation from Bettel to Minatokosa lake.
We started the float trip at the Minakokosa lake, float down the Beaver Creek, reach the Kobuk River and the float down the Kobuk river all the way to Kobuk River.
The beginning of the trip was in the "Gate of the Arctic National Park".
The fall colors were OUTSTANDING and the images below don't really display the beauty of the scenery at this time of the year.
